Biography
Sergey Taraskin is a Russian film editor. He was born in Moscow and graduated from a psychology faculty. At the age of 20 he developed an interest in amateur video production, which led to his work in the film industry.
His debut credit was as editor on Andrei Konchalovsky’s The Postman’s White Nights (2014). He subsequently edited Konchalovsky’s Paradise (2016), Sin (2019) and Dear Comrades! (2020), as well as several of the director’s feature-length documentaries. He has also worked on the television series Khroniki russkoy revolyutsii (2025).
