Biography
Şerif Sezer is a Turkish actress who works in theatre, film and television. She trained at Ankara University and began her career with the State Theatres before making her screen debut in the 1980 film Bir Günün Hikâyesi.
She is known for her role as Zînê in The Road (Yol, 1982), Perran in Steam: The Turkish Bath (Hamam, 1997) and Gülbeyaz in My Father and My Son (Babam ve Oğlum, 2005). Other notable credits include Everything About Mustafa (2004), I Saw the Sun (2009) and the television series Asmalı Konak (2002) and Yalı Çapkını (2022–). She is the mother of actress Deniz Arna.
