Biography
Sevda Aktolga is a Turkish actress and writer. Born on 24 September 1957 in Istanbul, she studied at the Faculty of Dentistry of Marmara University. She began her screen career in 1975 with a role in İnsan Avcısı.
Aktolga appeared in numerous Turkish films of the 1970s and 1980s, including Şaban Oğlu Şaban (1977) as Selma, Hababam Sınıfı Tatilde (1977) as Sevda, Demiryol (1979) as Sema, Bebek (1980) and Yol (1982) as Meral. In 1979 she received the Golden Orange Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performances in Bebek and Demiryol.
She has also worked as an assistant director and screenwriter on several productions. Later credits include recurring television roles and the 2014 film Aşk Oyunu.
