Biography
Shane Abbess is an Australian filmmaker who works as a director, producer and writer. He began his career making short films, commercials and music videos before directing his feature debut Gabriel (2007), which he also wrote and produced.
Abbess directed and wrote Infini (2015) and Science Fiction Volume One: The Osiris Child (2016). He has served as executive producer on Terminus (2015) and Better Watch Out (2017), and as producer on Beast (2026). For a time he was attached to direct Source Code and The Dark Crystal 2.
