Biography
Shannon Mahina Gorman is an actress. She made her feature film debut playing Mia Kawasaki in the 2025 comedy-drama Rental Family, directed by Hikari and starring Brendan Fraser.
Born and raised in Japan, Gorman has family roots in Navan, Ireland. She had no formal acting training before securing the role following an audition in which over a thousand girls were considered.
Gorman has received multiple award nominations for the performance, including for Best Young Actress at the Critics' Choice Awards.
