Biography

Shō Kasamatsu, also credited as Show Kasamatsu or Sho Kasamatsu, is a Japanese actor born on 4 November 1992 in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. He moved to Tokyo in 2011 and began his acting career in 2013. He was formerly affiliated with Horipro and later established his own independent management office.

Kasamatsu is known for roles including Sato Akiro in the television series Tokyo Vice (2022–2024), Keisuke Gotō in Gannibal (2022–2025), and Major Nakamura in the miniseries The Narrow Road to the Deep North (2025). His other credits include appearances in Good News (2025) and the film Flowers and Rain (2020). In 2022 he signed with the US-based agency CAA.
