Biography
Shūgo Nakamura is a Japanese voice actor and singer. Born on 28 July 1988 in Ginowan, Okinawa, he trained at the R&A Voice Actors Academy after moving to Tokyo and made his debut in 2015 as Teru Tendo in The Idolmaster SideM.
He is affiliated with Across Entertainment and Lantis. Nakamura is known for voicing characters in anime including Gin Gagamaru in Blue Lock (2022), Ryota Miyagi in The First Slam Dunk (2022), and roles in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (2019) and its film sequel. He was one of four recipients of the Best New Actor Award at the 13th Seiyu Awards in 2019.
