Biography
Simon Lazarus was a theatre operator who provided initial funding for the Independent Productions Corporation, formed in 1951 by blacklisted Hollywood professionals.
He is credited as co-producer on the 1954 film Salt of the Earth. He later worked as a production associate on Johnny Got His Gun (1971).
