Biography
Sonay Hoffman is a television writer and producer. She began her career working in production on Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice, later writing episodes for both series under the name Sonay Washington.
Hoffman has written for American Crime (2015–2017), for which she received a Writers Guild of America nomination, Marvel's Daredevil (2015), Pearson (2019), For Life (2020–2021), Accused (2023) and Found (2023–2025). She served as co-showrunner and executive producer on Found and has held producing roles on several of her writing credits, including producer on the third season of Daredevil.
