Biography
Sonja Tsypin is a cinematographer. She earned a master's degree in cinematography from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles.
Her credits include the feature Girls Like Girls (2026), the anthology film Scare Package (2019), an episode of the series Love, Death & Robots (2022), and features and shorts such as Fuzzy Head (2023) and The Yellow Wallpaper (2021). She has also worked on numerous music videos and commercials.
Tsypin is from New York City and has a background in fine arts as a painter. She is a first-generation Russian-American.
