Biography
Soumaya Akaaboune is a Moroccan actress. She was born on 16 February 1974 in Tangier, Morocco, and trained in acting at the Loft Studio.
Her film roles include Sanaa in Green Zone (2010), Aracelli in Playing for Keeps (2012), Feminist #1 in Lovelace (2013), and Sarah in The Covenant (2023). She has also appeared in Redemption Day (2021) as Chief Nadia Sekkat and Djinn (2013) as Counselor, as well as television series including The Spy (2019) as Marcelle.
Akaaboune is married to film producer and director Peter Rodger.
