Biography
Spencer Watson is an actor. He is credited as Elliot Hopkins in the 2025 film The Lost Bus. His other screen credits include the role of Lieutenant Daniel Hazouri in the 2025 series Chicago Med, Barry in the 2021 series Them, and Chad Fish in the series Mr. Student Body President (2017–2018).
Watson began his career in Los Angeles working as a production assistant, assistant director, visual effects coordinator and background actor while taking acting classes. He has also directed, written and produced short films.
