Biography
Søren Bay is a Danish cinematographer. He graduated with an MA in Cinematography from the National Film and Television School in the UK in 1997 and is represented in the UK by United Agents.
His television credits as director of photography include Outlander: Blood of My Blood (2025), Unforgotten (2018–2021), World on Fire (2019–2020), Liar (2017–2020) and Three Little Birds (2023). Feature film work includes You & Me Forever (2012) and About Sara (2005).
Bay has received nominations for his work, including an Astra Creative Arts Award nomination for Outlander: Blood of My Blood, a Robert Award nomination for You & Me Forever and a Camera 300 nomination at the Manaki Brothers International Cinematographers' Film Festival for About Sara.
