Biography

Stefan Rudolf is a German actor. He was born on 15 January 1974 in Rathenow. After training as a toolmaker he studied acting at the Berlin University of the Arts from 1996 to 2000.

His first professional theatre engagement was in 2000 at the Deutsches Theater Berlin. He has appeared regularly in film and television since 2003, with roles including a recurring part as Jan Trompeter in the ZDF series Die Chefin (2012–2017) and guest appearances in Tatort and other crime dramas. Film credits include Gisela (2005), Schläft ein Lied in allen Dingen (2009), Glückliche Fügung (2010), Grand Jeté (2022) and The Sinking of the Laconia (2011) as Remmert. He lives in Berlin.
