Biography
Stéphane Drouot was a French director and actor. He was born Stéphane Bernard Michel Drouot on 15 April 1960 in Neuilly-sur-Seine and died on 22 January 2012 in Villiers-le-Bel.
Drouot directed the short film Star Suburb: La banlieue des étoiles (1983), for which he also wrote the screenplay and worked as art director. The film won the César Award for Best Fiction Short Film in 1984. He later appeared as an actor in Gaspar Noé's Irreversible (2002), playing the character Stéphane, and served as a film advisor on Noé's short Carne (1991).
