Biography
Stephen Nathan is an American television writer and producer. Born on 21 August 1948 in Buffalo, New York, he began his career as an actor, originating the role of Jesus in the 1971 musical Godspell.
He moved into writing and producing in the late 1970s. His credits include episodes of Laverne & Shirley (1976), Everybody Loves Raymond (1996), Joan of Arcadia (2003) and Family Law. He contributed story and writing credits to 24 episodes of Bones (2005) and served as executive producer and showrunner on the series.
Nathan received an Emmy nomination and a Writers Guild of America award for his work on Tracey Takes On New York (1993).
