Biography
Steve Wolfhard is a Canadian cartoonist, writer, storyboard artist and director. He graduated from Sheridan College's Classical Animation programme in 2003 and began his career as a character designer on series including Being Ian and Kid vs. Kat.
He worked as a writer and storyboard artist on the animated series Adventure Time (2011–2018) and contributed to the miniseries Over the Garden Wall (2014) in the same roles. His other credits include writing and storyboarding on Summer Camp Island (2018), Big City Greens (2018) and Amphibia (2019–2021), and he served as supervising director on Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake (2023). Wolfhard received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for his work on the Adventure Time episode "Be More".
