Biography
Steven Bramson is an American composer and member of the music department. He has composed scores for television series including JAG (1995–2005), for which he wrote music across more than 200 episodes, and NCIS (2003).
Bramson studied music, including a master's degree from the Eastman School of Music, and worked as an apprentice to composer Laurence Rosenthal. His film work includes orchestration on titles such as Jumanji (1995), Apollo 13 (1995) and Starship Troopers (1997). He has also contributed to Tiny Toon Adventures and The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones.
He has received two Primetime Emmy nominations, one Daytime Emmy Award and three ASCAP Awards. Bramson composed the on-board audio theme for the original Space Mountain attraction at Disneyland Paris and is writing a musical titled Shimmy.
