Biography
Steven D. Binder is an American screenwriter and television producer. He has worked on the series NCIS (2003) since 2006 as a writer, producer and showrunner.
Binder was born on 23 July 1971 in Northbrook, Illinois. He attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison for two years before transferring to the University of Southern California School of Cinema, where he received a BA in film production and graduated magna cum laude. His other television credits include episodes of The Dead Zone (2002), The Invisible Man (2000) and Tremors (2003). He also wrote, directed and produced the feature film Eating L.A. (1999).
