Biography
Steven Hufsteter, also credited as Steven Medina Hufsteter, is a composer and musician. He contributed to the score for Repo Man (1984) as a member of the punk band The Plugz, alongside Tito Larriva, Charlie Quintana and Tony Marsico.
His other composition credits include Unhook the Stars (1996), Z Channel: A Magnificent Obsession (2004) and Kiss of the Damned (2012). He has worked in music departments on films such as Desperado (1995) and Machete (2010), and was previously a member of bands including The Quick and The Dickies.
