Biography
Stewart Mackinnon is a Scottish film and television producer. He studied at Edinburgh College of Art and the Royal College of Art. In the 1970s and 1980s he directed and produced films including Justine (1976) and Border Crossing (1993), and founded production companies Trade Films and Common Features.
In 2005 he founded Headline Pictures, where he produced the feature films Quartet (2012) and The Invisible Woman (2013). He served as executive producer on the Amazon series The Man in the High Castle (2015–2019) and the television film Peter and Wendy (2015). In 2020 he co-founded Circle Pictures.
