Biography
Sumela Kay is a Canadian actress. She was born on 25 July 1986 in Toronto, Ontario.
Kay is known for her early film roles, including Kitty in X-Men (2000) and Judy Danvers in A History of Violence (2005). She also appeared as Ann in Simon Birch (1998), credited as Sumela-Rose Keramidopulos, and as Sarah in the television film Night of the Twisters (1996). She was the first actress to portray Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat on screen.
