Biography
Susan Lanier, also credited as Susan Lanier-Bramlett or Suze Lanier-Bramlett, is an American actress. She was born on 1 August 1947 in Dallas, Texas.
Lanier is known for her role as Brenda Carter in the 1977 horror film The Hills Have Eyes. She appeared in guest roles on television series including Welcome Back, Kotter (1975–1977), Alice (1976) and Eight Is Enough (1977). Her other credits include The Hills Have Eyes Part II (1985, archive footage), Johnny Dangerously (1984) and later films such as Area 51 (2015) and Cut! (2014). She performed in stage productions including a 1970s Los Angeles production of Tennessee Williams' The Night of the Iguana.
Lanier was married to musician Delaney Bramlett until his death in 2008.
