Taj Atwal is an English actress. She was born on 1 December 1987 in Norwich and trained at York College and the Guildford School of Acting.

Her television roles include Jasminder in Stella, Jasmin in In the Club, PC Tatleen Sohota in Line of Duty (2019), Rana in Hullraisers (2022–2023) and Nisha in Riot Women (2025). Film credits include The Protégé (2021) and Memory (2022). She has received two BAFTA Television Award nominations.
