Biography
Takehiro Murata is a Japanese actor. He was born on 18 March 1960 in Tokyo.
Murata is known for roles in several Godzilla films, including Kenji Ando in Godzilla vs. Mothra (1992) and Yuji Shinoda in Godzilla 2000: Millennium (1999). He has also appeared in Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (1995), Pom Poko (1994) as the voice of Bunta, and When the Last Sword Is Drawn (2003). Other credits include Minbo, or the Gentle Art of Japanese Extortion (1992) and Okoge (1992). He received a nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the 16th Japan Academy Awards.
