Biography
Taketoshi Naito (also credited as Taketoshi Naitō) was a Japanese actor. He appeared in more than seventy films between 1953 and 2003.
His film roles include Kobayashi in The Burmese Harp (1956) and Chief Cabinet Secretary Takegami in The Return of Godzilla (1984). Other credits encompass The Human Condition II: Road to Eternity (1959), Lone Wolf and Cub: Sword of Vengeance (1972), After Life (1998) and Samurai Fiction (1998). He also worked in television, appearing in series such as Ōgon no Hibi (1978).
Naito was born on 16 June 1926 in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, and died on 21 August 2012.
