Biography
Tang Hongjia is a Chinese film editor. He began working in the industry as an assistant editor on Detective Chinatown (2015) and has since edited the sequels Detective Chinatown 2 (2018) and Detective Chinatown 3 (2021), as well as the related television series.
His other editing credits include Sheep Without a Shepherd (2019), My People, My Homeland (2020), Fireflies in the Sun (2021), Mozart from Space (2022) and Lost in the Stars (2022). He has received five award nominations for his editing work, including Golden Rooster Award nominations for Sheep Without a Shepherd and Detective Chinatown 1900 (2025).
