Biography
Tanja Ribič is a Slovenian actress and singer. She was born on 28 June 1968 in Trbovlje, SR Slovenia, Yugoslavia (now Slovenia). She graduated from the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television in Ljubljana and has been a member of the Ljubljana City Theatre since 1992.
Ribič is known for her role as Martha in the 2001 film No Man's Land. Other film credits include Kajmak in marmelada (2003) as Špela and Traktor, ljubezen in rock'n'roll (2008) as Silvija. On television she has appeared as Magda Velepič in the series Naša mala klinika (2004–2007) and as Elina Hammarström in Zero Chill (2021). She also played a role in Meet My Friend (2010).
In 1997 she represented Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Zbudi se", finishing tenth. She has been married to actor and director Branko Đurić since 2000.
