Biography
Teresa Brescianini was an Italian actress from Palosco in the province of Bergamo. A non-professional performer and local resident, she appeared as Widow Runk in Ermanno Olmi's The Tree of Wooden Clogs (1978), a film largely cast with farmers from the area and spoken in the Bergamasque dialect.
She later played Concetta in the Taviani brothers' Night Sun (1990). Brescianini died in September 2024 at the age of 89.
