Biography
Tillotama Shome is an Indian actress. She made her screen debut as Alice in Mira Nair's Monsoon Wedding (2001). She trained in theatre at Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi and performed with Arvind Gaur's Asmita group.
Shome moved to New York in 2004 for a master's degree in educational theatre at New York University and returned to India in 2008. She is known for roles in A Death in the Gunj (2017), Sir (2018), for which she won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress, Hindi Medium (2017), Delhi Crime (2019), Paatal Lok (2020) and Lust Stories 2 (2023).
In 2015 she married Kunal Ross, nephew of Jaya Bachchan.
