Biography
Tong Xinzhu, also credited as Xinzhu Tong or 佟心竹 and known by the stage name C小调, is a Chinese voice actress and dubbing director. She was born on 8 December 1992 in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and graduated from Shenzhen University.
She has provided voices for numerous animated films and series. Her credits include the role of Su Mucheng in The King's Avatar (2017), Liu Yanyan in Hitori No Shita - The Outcast (2016), and the Rabbit Spirit in Jiang Ziya (2020). She has also worked on international titles such as the Mandarin dub of Your Name. (2016) and contributed to video games including Black Myth: Wukong (2024).
Tong has served as a dubbing director on several projects and is affiliated with voice studios including 8082Audio.
