Biography
Tonya Kong is a television writer and producer. Her credits include writing episodes of Marvel's Daredevil (2015), where she also worked as story editor, Arrow (2012), 9-1-1 (2018), 9-1-1: Lone Star (2020), The Wilds (2020) and Fire Country (2022). She has held producer roles on several of these series.
Kong holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington. She has been admitted to the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Hawaii and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has a background in legal practice. Her first writing pitch was sold to the NBC series Medium.
