Biography
Tōru Minegishi was a Japanese actor. He appeared in more than one hundred films from 1963 to 2008 and was also active in television.
Minegishi was born in Tokyo on 17 July 1943 and died there on 11 October 2008. His film credits include Lieutenant Goro Gondo in Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989), Yoshiki Kobayashi in Departures (2008) and Iwao Fudoh in Fudoh: The New Generation (1996). He was married to actress Tomoko Ai from 1977 to 1983.
