Biography
Tôru Nomaguchi is a Japanese actor. He was born on 11 October 1973 in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture.
He is known for his role as Tachikawa, a bureaucrat in the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, in the 2016 film Shin Godzilla. Other credits include A Bride for Rip Van Winkle (2016), Your Eyes Tell (2020), The Door into Summer (2021) and the television series Kamen Rider Drive (2014) as Kôya Nishihori.
