Biography
Troy Putney is a writer and producer. He worked as a staff writer on the television series Nashville (2012), contributing to 17 episodes between 2017 and 2018.
He has also worked as an assistant to director Edward Zwick on films including The Last Samurai (2003) and Blood Diamond (2006). His associate producer credits include Defiance (2008), Love & Other Drugs (2010) and Pawn Sacrifice (2014). He is a native of Guilford, Connecticut.
