Biography
Takeshi Shimizu is a Japanese production designer. He served as production designer on Godzilla 2000: Millennium (1999) and earlier entries in the series, including Godzilla and Mothra: The Battle for Earth (1992), Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II (1993) and Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (1995).
Shimizu has worked on other Japanese films and television productions. His credits include production design on Attack on Titan (2015), First Love (2019) and the live-action Fullmetal Alchemist films (2017 and 2022).
