Biography
Valerie Brotski, also credited as Valérie A. Brotski, is an American screenwriter. She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia, raised in Charlottesville, and graduated with a BA from the University of Virginia. She also attended UCLA.
Brotski worked as a writers' assistant on the series Desperate Housewives (2004) in 2009 and received writing credits on two episodes in the final seasons (2011–2012). Her other credits include the short film Male Lesbian (2013). She has served in additional crew and production roles on series including The Office (2005) and Unhitched (2008). Brotski is a member of the Writers Guild of America and its Committee of Women Writers.
