Biography
Vas Saranga is a Canadian actor. Born in Calgary, Alberta, and raised in Toronto, he attended York University.
He began making short films and acting in student productions while at high school. Early credits include a role in American Pie Presents: Beta House (2007, as Vasanth Saranga). He has appeared in series including Orphan Black (2013) as Amar, The Strain (2014) as Hassan, The Handmaid's Tale (2018) as Kyle, Salvation (2017) as Dexter and Transplant (2020) as Navin Kutty, as well as the films Little Italy (2018) as Jogi and Firestarter (2022) as Agent Jules. In 2026 he played Agent Dev Chopra in the Netflix miniseries I Will Find You.
Saranga has also worked as a writer, director and editor. He is of Tamil heritage.
