Biography
Vibeke Hastrup is a Danish actress. She was born on 7 April 1958 in Vedersø, Denmark. She trained at the Danish National School of Theatre in Copenhagen, graduating in 1981, and made her stage debut the following year at Det Ny Teater. Her screen debut came in 1982 in the film Kidnapping.
Hastrup is known for her role as the young Martine in the film Babette's Feast (1987). She has appeared in other films including Dance of the Polar Bears (1990) and The Substitute (2007), and in television series such as The Killing (2007) and Borgen (2010). She has also provided Danish voice work for animated films including Tarzan (1999).
She is the mother of actor Jens Sætter-Lassen with actor Søren Sætter-Lassen.
