Biography
Virginia Carroll was an American actress. She began her career as a department store model in Los Angeles before making her film debut with an uncredited role in Roberta (1935).
Carroll appeared in numerous western films, including A Tenderfoot Goes West (1936), Oklahoma Terror (1939) and Prairie Gunsmoke (1942). She had uncredited parts in Waterloo Bridge (1940), Pickup on South Street (1953) and Bigger Than Life (1956), and appeared in television series such as Perry Mason (1957) and Adventures of Superman (1952). She was married to actor Ralph Byrd from 1936 until his death in 1952.
