Biography
Waise Lee Chi-hung is a Hong Kong actor. He graduated from TVB's Artist Training Academy in 1982, in the same class as Tony Leung Chiu-wai and Francis Ng.
Lee began appearing in Hong Kong films in the 1980s and became known for villain roles, notably as Tam Shing in John Woo's A Better Tomorrow (1986). His other film credits include The Big Heat (1988), Bullet in the Head (1990), A Chinese Ghost Story II (1990), Center Stage (1991) as Li Min-wei, The Legend of the Swordsman (1992), Running Out of Time (1999), Overheard (2009), The Four (2012), Cold War II (2016) and League of Gods (2016). He has also appeared in numerous TVB television series, including Mind Our Own Business (1993), Cold Blood Warm Heart (1996), Burning Flame (1998) and A Step into the Past (2001).
