Biography
Warren Hsu Leonard is a television writer and producer. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, he was raised on the coast of Maine. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and Harvard Law School. Before becoming a screenwriter he practised corporate finance and sports law, including six seasons as Deputy General Counsel for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Leonard has written episodes for Perception (2012), How to Get Away with Murder (2014–2016), Marvel's Runaways (2017–2019), Dexter: New Blood (2021) and American Born Chinese (2023). He contributed story and writing credits to Sterling Point (2026) and has worked as producer or co-executive producer on several of these series.
