Biography
Will Beall is an American screenwriter and former Los Angeles Police Department detective. After working for ten years as a homicide detective and gang investigator, he published the novel LA Rex in 2006 and adapted it as a screenplay.
His feature credits include Gangster Squad (2013), Aquaman (2018), Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021), Bad Boys: Ride or Die (2024) and Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F (2024). He created the television series Training Day (2017) and Deputy (2020). He was a story editor on Castle (2009–2011).
Beall married producer and writer Elizabeth Davis in 2012.
