Biography
William D. Byrd was an American actor. He played Danny in the 1986 film Children of a Lesser God.
Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Byrd attended the Model Secondary School for the Deaf and earned a drama degree from Gallaudet College. He appeared in guest roles on television series including Beauty and the Beast (1989) as Miguel and A Man Called Hawk (1989).
Byrd died of heart failure on 21 July 1993 in Inglewood, California, aged 27.
