Biography
William Driskill was an American television writer and producer. He began his career in the late 1950s, writing multiple episodes of the series The D.A.'s Man (1959) and serving as associate producer on the show.
Driskill wrote three episodes of Columbo in 1975 and acted as executive story consultant on the series. His other writing credits include episodes of The Six Million Dollar Man (1974) and the 1979 television film Seven. He created and produced the series The Feather and Father Gang (1976–1977) and served as executive producer on Mrs. Columbo (1979–1980) and Partners in Crime (1984).
Driskill was born on 1 March 1930 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and died on 2 June 2006 in La Quinta, California.
