Biography
William Webb, also credited as William G. Webb and Bill Webb, is a cinematographer and occasional director. He began working in the camera department in Utah in the mid-1980s and progressed through roles including camera assistant and operator on series such as JAG (1995) and films including Born on the Fourth of July (1989).
Webb served as cinematographer on JAG from 2001 to 2003. He has been director of photography on NCIS since 2003, contributing to hundreds of episodes, and has also directed episodes of the series. Additional credits include director of photography on Church Ball (2006) and work on shorts such as Silent War (2015).
