Biography
Willie Brown was an American football player and coach who also appeared in documentaries. Born on 21 March 1942 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, he played high school football at Long Beach Polytechnic High School before attending the University of Southern California.
At USC he was a two-way player who contributed to the 1962 national championship team. Selected by the Los Angeles Rams in the 1964 NFL Draft, he played for the Rams and the Philadelphia Eagles. He later coached at USC and for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Brown appeared as Self – USC Assistant Coach in the documentary O.J.: Made in America (2016). He died on 26 July 2018 in Carson, California.
