Biography
Yang Mi-kyung is a South Korean actress. She was born on 25 July 1961 in Jeju City, South Korea.
She is best known for her role as Han Baek-young in the period drama series Jewel in the Palace (2003). Other notable television roles include Shin Jung-kyung / Madam Heo in Moon Embracing the Sun (2012) and Kang Ok-soon in Mask (2015). She appeared as Jung-yeon's mother in the film Castaway on the Moon (2009).
Yang has also worked as an adjunct professor teaching broadcasting and entertainment at Induk University.
