Biography
Yuji Hayashida is a Japanese production designer and art director. He was born on 20 May 1961 in Hyōgo Prefecture.
Hayashida has worked extensively in Japanese cinema, serving as production designer on films including 13 Assassins (2010), Parasyte: Part 1 (2014), Shin Godzilla (2016), Shin Ultraman (2022) and Shin Kamen Rider (2023). He has also contributed art direction to Crows Zero (2007), Crows Zero II (2009) and Lesson of the Evil (2012). His credits span more than three decades and include collaborations on projects directed by Takashi Miike and others.
