Biography
Yutaka Matsushige is a Japanese actor. Born on 19 January 1963 in Fukuoka, he made his film debut in 1992 and has appeared in numerous theatrical films and television dramas.
He played Yoshino in the horror film Ring (1998). Matsushige won the award for best supporting actor at the 31st Yokohama Film Festival for his role in Dear Doctor (2009). Since 2012 he has starred as Gorō Inogashira in the television series The Solitary Gourmet, which he later co-wrote and directed for the cinema.
